We are an eCommerce logistics aggregator that helps online sellers ship products via multiple courier partners β all from one dashboard. You can compare rates, book shipments, generate labels, and track deliveries in real-time.
Who can use this platform?
Our platform is built for D2C brands, small businesses, marketplaces, social sellers, and enterprises. If you ship physical products, we can help streamline your logistics.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term contracts required. You can sign up, start shipping immediately, and pay as you go. Enterprise plans can include SLAs and volume-based pricing.

Which courier companies do you support?
We integrate with top logistics providers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Shadowfax, Ekart, India Post, and more.
How are couriers selected for each shipment?
You can choose manually or use our automated courier recommendation engine based on delivery time, cost, and reliability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We support international deliveries through partners like FedEx, DHL, and Aramex.
Can I ship heavy, fragile, or oversized items?
Yes β but restrictions vary by courier. You can filter options based on shipment type and weight during booking.

How is shipping cost calculated?
Pricing is based on shipment weight, dimensions, pickup/drop location, and selected courier. Use our rate calculator inside your dashboard.
Do you support Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Absolutely. Most courier partners offer COD services. Collected amounts are settled to your bank account on a regular cycle.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden fees. All charges β shipping, RTO, COD, fuel surcharge, etc. β are transparently displayed before booking.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay via prepaid wallet, UPI, credit/debit card, or NEFT/IMPS. Wallet top-up invoices are auto-generated for your records.

How do I track shipments?
Each shipment comes with a tracking number. Your dashboard shows live courier updates and delivery milestones. You can also share tracking links with customers.
Can customers see tracking updates?
Yes. We provide a branded tracking page you can share with your customers.
What happens if a shipment is returned (RTO)?
RTO (Return to Origin) shipments are automatically tracked and updated in your dashboard. Youβll be notified at each stage.
Can I automate returns?
Yes β you can enable reverse pickup options and manage returns just like forward shipments.

How do I sign up?
How long does it take to start shipping?
You can start shipping the same day you sign up. Just top up your wallet and create your first shipment.
Do you provide onboarding or support?
Yes! Our support team is available via chat, email, and call. We also offer onboarding assistance for new sellers and tech support for integrations.

How does your courier recommendation engine work?
Our algorithm analyses courier performance across pin codes, pickup reliability, delivery TAT (turnaround time), return rates, serviceability, and cost. It recommends the best-performing courier per shipment or bulk orders to optimize delivery success and reduce RTOs.
What happens if a courier partner misses a pickup or delays delivery?
We track SLA breaches in real time. Our system notifies you of delays or no-shows. You can reschedule pickups, and disputes can be raised directly through your dashboard. Refunds or credits may apply based on the courier’s SLA and your service tier.
Can I set custom rules for courier selection?
Yes. You can create rule-based shipping: e.g., “Use Blue Dart for prepaid metro orders under 2kg” or “Use Delhivery for COD in rural zones.” Our automation engine allows weight, zone, COD/non-COD, value, and pin code-based logic.
How do you handle non-delivery and address issues?
If an order cannot be delivered, the courier will attempt contact. We automatically flag these in your dashboard as NDR (Non-Delivery Reports). You can respond with instructions (reschedule, cancel, return) directly, with bulk actions and automated rules available.
π Returns & RTO (Return to Origin)
How can I reduce RTO rates?
We provide analytics on RTO trends (by courier, region, payment mode). You can:
- Filter out low-success pin codes.
- Pre-verify COD orders via OTP or IVR.
- Enable NDR auto-responses to reduce abandonment.
- Use fast couriers for impatient buyers (low TAT = fewer RTOs).
Do you offer branded return portals for my customers?
Yes. We offer a white-labelled return portal where your customers can initiate returns with or without account login. You control eligibility rules, pickup scheduling, and reverse logistics workflows.
How do I manage high volumes of returns during sale seasons?
Our bulk return processing tools, automated NDR handling, and courier allocation optimizer are designed to scale during high-load periods. You can also integrate our API into your OMS for fully automated return workflows.
π° Billing, Settlements & Finance
How often are COD remittances settled?
Remittance cycles depend on the courier: typically 3β7 business days after successful delivery. We consolidate all COD settlements into your wallet or linked bank account, with detailed invoices and reconciliation reports.
Can I get a shipping invoice with GST input credit?
Yes. All invoices are GST-compliant. You can download monthly, weekly, or daily invoices with GST breakup, which you can claim as input tax credit.
Do you support multi-account billing for franchises or warehouse hubs?
Yes. You can create sub-accounts with their own billing, wallets, and dashboards β useful for distributed brands, franchises, and 3PL operators managing multiple clients.

Can I sync order status updates back to my store automatically?
Yes. Our plugins and APIs push live order status (shipped, out for delivery, delivered, RTO) back to platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or any custom CMS. No manual updates needed.
Do you offer webhook support for real-time events?
Yes. Webhooks are available for events such as:
- AWB generation
- Pickup confirmed
- Shipment out for delivery
- Delivered / RTO / cancelled
This allows you to trigger internal automations like CRM updates or notifications.

Is my customer and order data secure?
Yes. We use bank-grade encryption, secure data centers, and adhere to GDPR principles. Data access is permission-based and logs are auditable.
How do you ensure delivery data integrity?
Β All tracking data is directly fetched via courier APIs and cross-validated. Discrepancies are flagged and logged. Delivery proofs (PODs) including signatures and photos (where available) are stored for compliance.
